RTM Production Method
RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) is a closed, low-pressure molding process. Using liquid thermoset polyesters reinforced with various forms of glass fibers, RTM produces composite parts with high dimensional accuracy and excellent surface quality. The RTM process benefits from low-pressure injection, as the mold-filling pressure of the resin typically does not exceed 100 psi.
