BMC
BMC Production:
A combination of thermosetting resin, glass fibers and other additives in the form of a solid bulk.
Additives include curing initiators, thickeners, release agents to increase performance or improve the process.
The glass fibers in BMC are crushed to sizes of 6 to 12 mm and their amount can be changed from 10% to 30% depending on the strength and surface required.
Types of BMC:
BMC100
Which is used as a lamp holder and reflector in the automotive industry.
BMC100\200
Generally used for electrical applications.
HBMC400
Used for electrical applications with high mechanical properties.
